Commented the band, “Everybody in THE THICK OF IT is honoured and excited to preform with one of Canada’s true musical treasures, we are as hyped to see the headliner as we are to be playing!”

THE THICK OF IT released the 10 song offering “First Day Of Death” on July 19 2010, available through all major digital outlets with hard copy distribution handled by CDBaby.

“Addicted”, the second in a series of albums from Townsend to be made available under THE DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT moniker, came out in November 2009 and has become his fastest-selling solo record in Devin‘s career.

Also appearing: UK-based metallers TesseracT, who have recently signed an exclusive worldwide contract with Century Media Records. Their debut album ‘One’ is set for release in early 2011.
